Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies on www.partneraz.com
Effective June 9, 2026
1. About This Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PartnerAZ Technologies Inc. ("PartnerAZ", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.partneraz.com and the PartnerAZ platform (together, the "Platform"). It forms part of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information generally.
2. Cookies We Use
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device; similar technologies include local storage and tokens. We use them in three ways:
- Strictly necessary cookies that let you log in, keep your session active, and keep the Platform secure;
- Functional cookies that remember your settings;
- Analytics cookies that help us understand, on an aggregated basis, how the Platform is used so we can improve it.
Some cookies are set by us and some by providers we rely on, such as our authentication provider, which uses cookies and tokens to sign you in.
The Platform itself uses essential cookies for authentication (session token via Auth0 by Okta), CSRF protection, and load balancing; no advertising, retargeting, or third-party analytics cookies are set by the Platform. The Marketing Website www.partneraz.com uses analytics cookies only after you accept them through our cookie banner: Apollo (visitor analytics), Google Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement), and HubSpot (marketing analytics and pop-up forms). If you decline, these do not load. The current list is published at www.partneraz.com/cookies prior to public launch.
3. Your Choices and Managing Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required to operate the Platform, and by using it you consent to them. For functional and analytics cookies we rely on consent in accordance with PIPEDA and BC PIPA (S.B.C. 2003, c. 63), which may be express or implied by your continued use after notice, and you can withdraw it at any time. Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies in their privacy settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to log in or use core features of the Platform. There is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, and the Platform does not currently respond to them.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
