- Will municipalities ever be charged for the platform?
- No. Every department and every user, at no cost, with no card. Signature, the optional white-label layer, is the only thing you can choose to pay for, and its price is above.
- Can a vendor pay for a higher match score?
- No. Match scores come from fit against your own criteria, and what a vendor pays us is never one of them. Beacon buys reach, never a higher score.
- Do we have to run a tender to buy this?
- That is your call, not ours. The platform is free; Signature is a paid annual subscription. Whatever your rules require, from direct award to a competitive process, we provide what your review needs.
