    Trust and transparency

The result you see is never for sale.

We built the trust into the structure, not the marketing. PartnerAZ is the pre-discovery: the stage before procurement and before any sales call, where a public-sector or enterprise buying team discovers and sizes up technology together layer for public sector buying teams across Canada, and the result is an auditable, defensible, re-runnable record.

    • Free for buyers.

There is no invoice to discount and no buyer fee to recover, so there is no pressure to push you anywhere.

    • No vendor can pay to rank higher.

The fit score reflects only your standards. Paid visibility lands later and sits entirely outside the score.

    • Every fit score is a score per criterion, in numbers.

The score is deterministic. The same inputs always produce the same result, and each score breaks down into a number per criterion you set, so you can read why a vendor placed where it did, with no AI prose to take on faith.

    • We never take a cut.

We take no cut of any deal, no referral fee, no commission. There is no way for us to be paid more by steering you toward one vendor over another, so the result you see is never for sale.

    • Pre-discovery, not procurement. We never replace your formal process.

We do not run your RFP, we are not procurement, and vendors cannot contest a result, because none of those is part of what we do. Our job ends at discovery and your first informed conversation.

    How the score is reached

    Security and data residency96
    Fit to your standards91
    Integration and support88

A score per criterion, on your standards, in numbers. You can read why each vendor placed where it did, and re-run it. No vendor can pay to move it.

    The model

The model and what it costs.

There is no fee schedule. Buyers access PartnerAZ free, always. Vendors apply free now. The way the platform will fund itself sits entirely outside the fit score.

    For buyers

    Free
    • Free, always. No trial, no tiers, no upsell.
    • Private vendor discovery, org-wide, against your standards.
    • A neutral fit score, a score per criterion in numbers, that any department can read and any oversight body can re-run.
    • No vendor outreach, ever. Upstream of your existing procurement process.

    For vendors

    Free now
    • Vendors apply free now. They submit a solution profile against your standards at no cost, with no submission fee and no commission.
    • Later, as the buyer pool grows, vendors will be able to pay for visibility in the marketplace, a future browsable layer that lets them reach the whole buying team on its own time. Early terms are not set yet.
    • That visibility will sit entirely outside the fit score. Visibility is not ranking, and ranking is never for sale.

We take no cut of any deal. Marketplace visibility for vendors is a future layer; there is no live fee today. Vendors pay to be seen. They can never pay to rank. Your list is ordered by fit, which is the whole point of it.

    For procurement and accountable buyers

    An auditable, defensible, re-runnable record.

If you carry the public duty to choose defensibly, pre-discovery does not bypass you. It gives you a cleaner record going into the formal process, and the record holds up when someone asks why.

We are not procurement. Your RFP starts sharp.

We do not run your RFP and we do not replace any step of it. By the time you open a formal RFI, RFQ, or RFP you already know what exists, what fits your standards, and what to ask for, so the formal process starts sharper.

An auditable trace of every vendor.

Each vendor does discovery once in a solution profile, answering the same structured questions everyone answers. That leaves an auditable trace of who was considered and on what terms, which supports your due diligence rather than asking you to take a sales conversation on faith.

    A re-runnable, explainable record.

The fit score is deterministic, a number per criterion you set. Any oversight body can read why a vendor placed where it did, change a weight, and re-run it to check. That is a record you can defend to council, to finance, or to an auditor.

    Questions a careful buyer raises

The answers we will not soften.

If buyers do not pay, how do you stay neutral?

Free for buyers, always. Vendors apply free now and later pay for visibility in the future marketplace, never for ranking. That visibility sits entirely outside the score, and we never take a cut of any deal.

How do you keep our standards confidential?

Standards are set per organization and never published. Vendors respond to the same structured questions for everyone; they do not see what they are scored against, and the score is computed against your private weights, not posted.

Can a vendor contest a low score?

No. There is no contest mechanism. The score is deterministic and re-runnable, so a vendor can read why they placed where they did, but they cannot dispute the result. Standards are yours.

Will more vendors mean more noise for our team?

No. Solution profiles sit on file, like a resume kept on file, until you open a category. Then the neutral score surfaces the handful that fit your standards. Deeper pool, better shortlist.

What happens when we run an RFP?

Your existing RFI, RFQ, and RFP workflows stay exactly as they are. Pre-discovery sets the formal process up to go well; we do not run it and do not replace it.

That is the full promise. We will not soften it.
